33 New Amazon Finds to Try Out This Spring
On May 4, 2021 by Megan FolsomIt’s time for my bi-monthly Amazon Finds update! As you know, we are big fans of the convenience and customer service that Amazon offers and we love ordering online all the time.
We have recently found some awesome, affordable finds for our home and family, so I’ll link them all for you to check out.
When I buy from Amazon, I love hearing from others I know, because the reviews are often all over the place. It makes it so hard to know what you’re actually going to get and if the reviews are authentic or paid. But, all of these items below are things we have actually bought, received and loved!
March and April Amazon Purchases:
Bedroom:
Last month, we completely redecorated our guest bedroom! This meant that we needed all new bedding. We wanted it to be good quality, but still affordable for our budget.
After a lot of research, we ordered some of the top-rated pillows, a mattress and fleece blanket from Amazon. Plus, we grabbed a protective bag for the twin mattress that we used to have in that room, so that we could put it into storage.
Bathroom:
On our journey to find cleaner products, Austin has been dying to try some new soap that everyone raves about. He finally ordered some, along with a cute, wooden soap holder for our shower.
Also, I grabbed Amazon’s Choice shower dispenser to help declutter and clean up our shower space. It holds three different liquids and sticks to the wall, which means less bottles falling all over the place and collecting grime.
Home:
I’ve been on a decluttering and organizing kick lately, so I definitely turned to Amazon first to search through their options for our home. I found a few new tools to keep our kitchen and pantry a little bit more organized and presentable.
We also added some privacy to our fencing using some affordable, heavy-duty mesh fencing we found on Amazon. It’s available in a few different color options and has made a huge difference in the back of our property. We feel much more safe and private!
Finally, I ordered Amazon’s best-selling steamer that people have been recommending for months. It’s travel-size and was super easy to figure out and very affordable!
Women’s Clothes:
People are always telling me that they find the cutest clothes on Amazon, and they are usually so inexpensize. BUT, it’s also kind of sketchy to buy clothes off Amazon, I’ve learned.
You never know who the seller is and if the clothes will actually look like the pictures. Even the reviews seem to be all over the place. Sometimes, half of the reviewers are saying that they’re amazing and then the other half are saying they look nothing like the pictures and are falling apart.
Luckily, I’ve actually been able to find some good steals for myself on Amazon. The past few weeks, I’ve found the cutest sandals, bike shorts, pants, lounge set and tops! Just click on the images below to shop. Most of them are available in plenty of colors, patterns and slightly different styles.
Toddler and Baby:
Boy Clothes:
Lately, I have also been able to find quite a few good picks for my toddler son! He’s right between baby and toddler sizes, so there are some of both and they are all very affordable!
Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality, prices and options for cute, toddler summer clothes! We are getting all ready for summer and swimming at the lake, so I have been searching for good swimsuits and swim accessories for his fair skin.
We have found rompers, rash guards, leather shoes and more that have exceeded our expectations and held up so far!
Potty Training
In preparation for potty training, I purchased a mini, toddler toilet that my son has loved exploring. It’s so cute and actually makes flushing noises.
One of my favorite things about it is that it has a removable seat that fits right onto your regular toilet and helps make the transition smoother when it comes time.
We also purchased a highly-recommended book for me to learn more about potty training before we start. Plus, we grabbed a fun potty book for my son to read that makes fun noises.
Health and Beauty:
Over the past couple of months, I’ve found a few new supplements to add into my daily pill organizer. I love finding new things to try and experiment with on my health journey to feel my best.
As always, I found a new drink mix to add to our collection. It’s a very mild-tasting powder with electrolytes and no added sugar!
I also grabbed a new hair waver to test out and compare to my Bedhead one.
Tech, Electronics and Phone Accessories:
One of our most-shopped categories at Amazon is definitely eletronics! There are SO many options and accessories available, and it’s another one that can be hit-or-miss, but generally seems to be pretty good.
Over the past couple of months, we snagged a new tripod, an airpod charging case and a car phone mount for Austin to use at work. We also ordered a generic, much more affordable replacement plug to use with our Hatch sound machine (because Trussler yanked on his old one enough to break it…).
Unfortunately, we also had to replace our WiFi router, but found a great option and haven’t had any issues!
