An Easy Recipe for Our Quick, Chicken Crescent Bakes
On November 23, 2020 by Megan FolsomOur family is all about those quick, easy and filling recipes. We love using up chicken with this easy recipe, and who doesn’t love Pillsbury crescent rolls?! This recipe is perfect for those nights when you have under 30 minutes to prepare your dinner. It’s also fun for kids to help with, and they think it’s delicious, too!
Ingredients
- 1 tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2-3 cups of shredded chicken
- 1/2 of a brick of cream cheese
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning (we like a strong ranch flavor so if you want it not so strong you can use a little less)
- panko or bread crumbs
Instructions
- Microwave the cream cheese for about 15 seconds.
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, and ranch packet together in a bowl.
- On a cookie sheet, lay out the crescent rolls and fill them with the chicken mixture to your preferred fullness.
- Roll up crescent rolls.
- Dip each crescent roll into a bowl filled with panko or bread crumbs and then place back onto the cookie sheet. You can also roll the crescent rolls into whisked egg.
- Follow temperature and time on the crescent rolls and check periodically until they are golden and crispy.
