25 Quick and Healthy Snacks for Moms
On February 4, 2021 by Megan FolsomA few weeks ago, I shared a list of quick, healthy snack options for toddlers and you asked for more ideas for moms! Personally, I’m running after my toddler all day and trying to get as much cleaning done during his lunch time as possible.
Unfortunately, this can often mean that I forget to feed myself enough until I’m starving or feeling sick. If I don’t eat enough good stuff, I find myself craving all the sugar and binging on junk at night time! As a mom, it’s ESSENTIAL for me to have options available that are quick and help me feel healthy and re-energized!
I tend to be a creature of habit and stick to the same few snack options for a few weeks or months and then switch it up to another few options. These ideas are easy to have on hand and put together. Many can be packed in a diaper bag for you to eat on the go while running errands or playing at the park.
