Quick and Healthy Snack Ideas for Your Toddler
On January 5, 2021 by Megan FolsomWhen a toddler is hungry, they are HUNGRY and they will let you know. It’s so easy to turn and grab a pre-packaged snack full of preservatives or sugar. Honestly, sugar will make their mood swing up and crash again, once the sugar high stops.
Over the last year, I’ve tried my hardest to choose healthier options and come up with a list of go-to snack ideas. After researching, I feel comfortable with a few pre-packaged snacks with very minimal ingredients, too. Luckily, my son loves all of the healthy snack options and is so excited when I pull them out.
